Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (including hats, jewelry, belts, etc.)
- Bodysuits or swimwear
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
